Visualization

Visualization of Love vs. Fear

Try to visualize a silhouette of your body as a young child (large head / small corpus).
Your whole body is filled with a green light, with an extra strong glow in your heart.
Just below your heart, in your solar plexus, you have a faint splash of yellow colour.

Imagine how the silhouette of your body gradually evolves into an adult shape.
As you adapt, the green light slowly fades from your body and contracts into your heart.
The yellow colour in your solar plexus grows and fills the space that the green light leaves behind.

As a fully adapted adult, the silhouette of your body is dominated by the yellow colour.
You still have a strong green light in your heart, but it is locked away and has very little to say.

Now keep the adult body, but imagine the reverse light process.
As you start to question your beliefs and start to peel off your cultural adaption, your heart starts to open.
The green light grows stronger and starts to spread throughout your body.
The yellow colour fades accordingly and gets pushed back into your solar plexus,
where it finally winds up as the faint splash that you were born with.

Perhaps you can strengthen your green light and reduce the yellow colour
even further than at the time of your birth.

The silhouette of your body represents every aspect of your entire life.
Love is the active part. Fear just fills whatever space that is left behind.
